Dump Stink'n Think'n in 2008

So how did you do on last years goals? Did you set new goals for 2008 or are you just, once again, recycling the old? Or, did you take the bah-humbug approach and just skip the whole thing? Negativity, lack of vision and lack of adequate planning play huge roles in our resolution demise.

If you are playing the “I just don’t think I can ever do that” song, it’s time you step up to the plate and make 2008 YOUR year. We hear all those negative little voices from the past screaming in our heads. You know the ones, listing all the reasons we can’t do things or why we would never be able to achieve. It’s called stink'n think'n. It’s time you dump this negativity and replace it with positive steps and an "I can do it" belief in yourself

A tip for a great start: Rather than making an overwhelming list of goals; break it down into a few attainable and specific goals. Give yourself bite size accomplishments that you can easily measure and attain one step at a time. Most peoples goals are too broad. Focus on each step so that you can easily measure your accomplishments.

then, write down your goals. Studies show that people who write down their goals are 83% more likely to achieve them than those who just think about their goals.

We have the perfect tool to help you have a happier and more self-fulfulled 2008. Our “Design The Life You Want” CD and workbook will take you through the steps needed to groom a winning mindset and get you on the path to your personal success.
